Timber Treatment

The construction industry and other timber users are offered a service known as vacuum pressure impregnation, which involves treating the timber with Celcure CB 90 wood preservative. The main goal with this treatment is to protect the timber from wood-boring insects like termites and fungi, as well as to improve its durability for long-term use.

We produce and provide treated rubber wooden pallets where the timber is treated Vacuum Pressure Impregnation method with Celcure CB 90.wood preservative. Our business is divided into two segments: exports and internal logistics warehousing operations. We also undertake to manufacture customers' specific needs such as size and for identification wise painted pallets too.

We use teak timber species for our products. This timber undergoes chemical pressure treatment and kiln drying. A 10-year warranty on the treatment process is offered as well. When it comes to flooring, we do both fixing and finishing.

The moisture content of timber needs to be reduced to prevent distortion in various timber applications. To do it, we use the hot water system. This kilns are fully automated and the duration of drying varies depending on the type of timber species and its cross sections.
